The BMW E39 5 series saloon is simply one of the finest cars ever made. It has a wonderful connected driving experience which few modern cars can match. It was ahead of its time and as such has all the technology which we now take for granted. The facelift version included dramatic new “Angel Eye” headlights and clear lenses, and might well be the best refresh in BMW history.

Designed and sold in the mid 1990’s this was the first 5 series to use extensive aluminium components to reduce weight and improve dynamics. Sport versions add sport rear and front bumpers, side skirts and lowered sport suspension. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face, an E39 has the performance, economy and reliability to become a cherished daily driver.

The Avus Blue paint on this car is in great condition and retains the showroom gloss. There are no dents or visible marks in the paintwork. All lights and badges are in excellent condition with no signs of cracks or moisture. The car looks and feels like new.

This 5 series is highly equipped with multi-function steering wheel, cruise control, 6-CD changer, business radio / CD integrated unit, air conditioning and central armrest. The black leather is in excellent condition throughout with no rips or tears on the seats or trim. The Brushed Aluminium trim is unmarked. All controls and switches are in excellent condition.

This 530i from 2002 uses the M54B30I6 inline six cylinder engine, voted best engine in the world in 2002, 2003. With a full BMW service history and having been lovingly cared for this 530i looks and feels like a new car. The auto gearbox revs to the red line in every gear with a smooth sporty change. It may also be shifted manually. The steering weight is perfect, providing the absolute correct amount of feedback. The feeling you get revving the smooth six cylinder through the gears is rewarding.

The BMW genuine Sport style66 17” alloys are in excellent condition with no marks. All of the tyres have healthy tread remaining. They provide a sporty drive with great grip.

This 530i comes with a complete history folder with BMW main dealer stamps, old mot’s and receipts. The history file contains the original manuals and service booklets. The car has done low mileage for it’s age as shown by its excellent condition and impeccable driving experience.
